Medicare

A claim for services you receive will be filed to your Medicare Carrier. Additionally, a claim will be filed to your supplemental insurance carrier if you have provided your Physician with that information.  

If your physician is a non-participating Medicare provider, Medicare's reimbursement will be sent directly to you at your home address.  Forward the balance due for the services you received immediately upon your receipt of a statement from your doctor.  Ask your physician's office staff about his or her Medicare participation status.
