carrier for you and
can also file your secondary insurance claim for you if you provide us
with that information.

If your physician is a
non-participating provider, Medicare's reimbursement will be sent directly to you at your home address.
Forward the balance due for the services you received immediately upon
your receipt of a statement from your doctor. Ask your physician's
office staff about his or her Medicare participation status.
